Good businesses don’t need to become more complicated as they grow.

The systems behind your business should support the people and purpose at the heart of it.

Prismatic Systems helps independent pet care business owners build the operational foundation they need to grow with more clarity, support their teams well, and create a business that doesn’t depend on them for everything.

Why Prismatic Systems Exists

I’ve seen what happens when a growing pet care business becomes too dependent on the person who built it. The owner becomes the keeper of the information, the problem-solver, the decision-maker, and often the person holding everything together.

You don’t need another list of things to do. You need the right systems, thoughtful support, and a clear path forward.

Meet Shauna

I’m an operations consultant who specializes in helping independent pet care businesses build stronger systems behind the scenes.

My background is in operations, systems, team management, and the day-to-day realities of service-based businesses. I’ve worked inside growing businesses where client expectations are high, teams need clear support, schedules change quickly, and small operational gaps can create much bigger problems.

That hands-on experience shaped the way I approach consulting. I’m interested in more than what a process looks like on paper. I want to understand whether it works on a busy Monday morning, whether your team can actually follow it, and whether it makes running the business easier.

My role is to bring an outside perspective without losing sight of what makes your business yours. We’ll find the places where more clarity, structure, or support can make a meaningful difference, then build from there.

What I Believe

1

Everything lives in your head

2

Hiring feels reactive and inconsistent

3

Processes aren’t documented

4

You’re putting out fires every day

5

Growth feels harder instead of easier

6

You want to create a great experience for pets & people

None of this means you’ve failed. It usually means your business has outgrown the systems that used to work.
